Chris Eisel serves as Assistant Director of Health and Performance at Battleground Baseball. A Baldwin High School standout and three-time 1st Team All-Section selection, Chris went on to star at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), earning two All-PSAC West honors as a five-year starter and serving as team captain for three seasons while majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy with a minor in Exercise Science.
Since graduating, Chris has built an extensive coaching résumé across multiple sports and levels. He has trained athletes as a Certified Personal Trainer, worked as a strength coach at Hirt Locker (2021–2025), and held head strength coaching roles with Baldwin Football (2021), Mt. Lebanon Football (2023), and IUP Baseball (2024). He has also coached on the baseball side as head freshman coach at Baldwin (2022), assistant coach at IUP (2024), and head coach of Spikes Baseball 13U (2024–present). Chris joined Battleground in 2025, where he now designs and delivers high-level strength, speed, and movement programs for youth, high school, college, and professional athletes.
