Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pitching coaching in both group and semi-private sessions.
- Participate in pitching consultations, including video analysis and data-driven assessments.
- Design and develop tailored throwing programs.
- Assist with the setup and analysis of pitching biomechanics evaluations.
- Support travel baseball teams and participate in community outreach as part of the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with baseball athletes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sports medicine professionals and strength and movement coaches.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Experience with pitching-related technology such as Trackman, Uplift, and Rapsodo.
- Understanding of modern baseball analytics.
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of social media platforms.

- NASM, NCSF, and/or NSCA certification.
